If you are not completely satisfied with your K<P LVNG purchase, please return item(s) within 7 days of the receipt date for an exchange or full refund less shipping charges.

Returns must be delivered to us within 7 days of the date you received the item(s).
[Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.]

Returns delivered after 7 days and up to 14 days will be issued a store credit for the value of the merchandise. We cannot accept returns made more than 14 days after the original order date. Store credits expire 14 days from the date of issue.

Purchases made in person can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Purchases made in person at festivals/pop-ups/ special events are exchanged only within 5 days of purchase. No refunds will be made.

Place item(s) in a secure package, making sure it is insured, prepaid and has a tracking or delivery confirmation number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Merchandise must not be visibly worn, washed, or damaged. A refund for the value of the merchandise will be processed when returned items are received.
